At Sanaa Chocolates, we take pride in the quality of our products. In order to assure that your chocolates reach their destination safely, we have created the following shipping policy.
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of placement. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order was placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with tracking information once a shipping label has been created.

In Store Pick Up
Due to the high demand of our in-store products, we can no longer reserve products online for in store pickup. We will try very hard to keep all products in stock and will have our team in place to help you locate your products when you arrive. In order to protect our customers, we cannot take credit cards over the phone to reserve products. All purchases must be made in person on a first come, first serve basis.

– The day before Thanksgiving
– Thanksgiving Day
– Christmas Eve
– Christmas Day
– New Year’s Eve
– New Year’s Day
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sanaa Chocolates cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
